On Monday, we published excerpts of our chat with Jeff Plagge, who recently retired as Iowa’s top bank regulator before joining the board at the FHLB for Des Moines and taking on the top role at the family office for NBA player Harrison Barnes. It was a great conversation with someone I’ve known for a long time.
