How’s your summer? Everything is humming along here — working on a few interesting advisory projects and gearing up for a bigger push with our budgeting survey as more banks put second-quarter reporting in their rearview mirrors.

Let’s talk about women-led de novo efforts, highlighting notable initiatives from the past five years. We are aware of at least six efforts — three that have opened and three more in various stages of creation — that have a female CEO, women-led investor base or both.
