I recently spoke with Rob Schwister, president and CEO of Gainey Business Bank, which opened in Scottsdale, Ariz., in mid-2022. He was recently asked to join the $35 million-asset bank after Joe Stewart, its founding CEO, died unexpectedly over the summer — a year after the bank opened.
