I recently caught up with Jim Rieniets, president and CEO of INSBANK in Nashville, Tenn. I always enjoy chatting with Jim, a sharp guy who has always been willing to share straight-foward takes on the banking industry.
The $825 million-asset INSBANK has leaned into technology, adopting an open-API system last year. Jim and his team are in the process of understanding how to best harness and use data to improve systems and operations across the bank.
