I’m at the American Bankers Association’s Annual Convention in Nashville, where Julieann Thurlow, president and CEO of Reading Cooperative Bank in Massachusetts, is set to begin a one-year term as chairman. She made time last week to discuss the operating environment in 2024 and beyond.
